ACTIVATE provides digital services that support Programme participation, learner and graduate profiles, employer participation, opportunity publishing, applications, recruitment workflows and related Programme activities.

Employers using the platform must provide accurate organisation and opportunity information and use applicant information only for legitimate recruitment and Programme purposes for which access has been provided.

You must not use the platform to submit false or misleading information, impersonate another person or organisation, gain unauthorised access, interfere with platform security, distribute malicious software, misuse personal information or carry out unlawful or abusive activity.

8. Privacy and personal information
